Professional Engineering, LLC, worked closely with the City of Onalaska on this new development project. Services included land surveying, site plan design, grading, utilities, and erosion control.

Professional Engineering used AutoCAD Civil 3D to balance the earthwork cut (excavation) and fill (embankment) volumes to help reduce project costs. AutoTURN was also used to model semi-truck turning movements and limit pavement areas.

Project included a wetpond, and two bioretention devices for stormwater management.
