UW-Madison, General Library Storage Facility (11I1J)

Professional Engineering, LLC, worked on this 10,000 square foot library storage expansion project. Improvements included 1200 feet of public water main and a 400 feet access drive to improve traffic circulation around the building. In addition, Professional Engineering worked with the adjacent property owner to obtain a grading easement to improve grading and limit retaining walls on the site. Services included site plan design, grading, utilities, and erosion control. Professional Engineering also prepared the plans, specifications and bid documents for the parking lot improvements.
