Professional Engineering performed as the civil engineer for this 5 acre redevelopment project in the Village of Shorewood Hills.  The project includes a 36-Unit & 64 Unit apartment buildings in the first phase and 94 Units in the second phase with underground and surface parking.    Our firm designed the erosion control, storm water management, grading, parking layout, and utilities for this project.
