Professional Engineering, LLC, completed the civil engineering for this 2.34 acre development project. The project involved the construction of a new 17,500 s.f. building and 26 stall parking lot, loading dock and three bioretention areas.  Services included erosion control, storm water management, grading, utility and storm sewer design.
